I personally use supplement containing turmeric and each morning I have the following drink which I have read is the most anti-inflammatory drink you can have. Many of you will be aware that most diseases start off as an inflammatory response. All the ingredients are organic and I am not careful in how I measure – I believe my hand guides what I need.
I add a small amount of boiling water and stir rapidly to dissolve the turmeric and drink down. When I read this, I thought it would not taste very nice but it is quite pleasant to drink.
