Unfortunately Ken Welch’s information is dated 5 November 2009 and today it is 21 January 2010 and a lot has happened in this interim period. Marilyn wishes she had more up-to-date information to give you in Breaking News 12 but Ken’s article is really a time line of what has been going on and what is still to come.

• Genetically modified foods – what are they doing to you?
• Did you know that some animals are refusing to eat genetically modified feed that is being provided to them?
• Are you aware that animals have a most powerful instinct to know what is good for them and what is not. So what does the above statement say to you?
• Irradiated food – are you aware that no long term testing has been done to see if there is any harm in irradiating our food?
• We are told the beauty of irradiating our food is that it will kill any bad bacteria and thus protect us and give our food a longer shelf life. If it kills bad bacteria what else does it kill?
• Once our food has been irradiated is it in fact still “live” or are we eating food that is classed as “dead” food?
• If the majority of our food is irradiated and in fact “dead” food then EVERYONE is slowly becoming nutritionally deficient!
• Do you take nutritional supplementation to ensure that your nutrition levels are adequate?
• Do you know about Codex Alimentarius? If you don’t then please go to Marilyn’s Free ebook page and read her Health Warning Book, Part 2, Section 6 on Codex Alimentarius. By doing so it may help you understand more of what is happening.
• Codex’s aim is to reduce the “required daily amount” (RDA) of all our vitamins and minerals. It is planned to set the RDA below the body’s minimum requirements. In other words the aim of Codex is to make world-wide people nutritionally deficient!

Marilyn has documentation wherein it is estimated that in a ten-year period that 3 BILLION PEOPLE are estimated to die from nutritionally based diseases!

Here Breaking News 12 brings you an article on how Vitamin D Deficiency underlies tooth decay and advises that malnutrition causes much more than dental disease.

Orthomolecular Medicine advises on 19 February 2009:

” Cavities and gum diseases are not often regarded as serious diseases, yet they are epidemic throughout our society, from the youngest of children to the oldest of senior citizens. Research more than suggests that the same good nutrition that prevents cavities and gum diseases may also prevent other illnesses.

Dental caries and gum pathology are frequently associated with serious chronic health problems. Multiple independent studies published after 1990 document this. Cavities are associated with poor mental health [1-4]. Elderly individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease had an average of 7.8 teeth with fillings vs. an average of only 2.7 fillings for elderly individuals without dementia [1]. It is likely that the toxic heavy metal mercury, which makes up half of every amalgam filling, is a contributing factor. ”
