The first ones to be posted to this page are of grave concern to myself and I believe that when you read them that they will cause you to have concerns as well. Many people around the world are familiar with Codex Alimentarius which is coming from the European Union in Brussels bringing in controls on all vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements that people are able to administer to themselves. Codex is bringing controls in on countries on the content and the amount that people can buy over the counter or whether they are going to have to go to a doctor and get a prescription for things as basic as Vitamin C! I have been reading health articles on this subject since about 1998 and have been watching things happen over the intervening years. What you are about to read below is further evidence of Codex slowly creeping across the world. The first country to introduce it was Germany pre 2000 and I understand that in Germany if you want to buy Vitamin C in a higher amount than 39 mg then you need a doctor’s prescription. This is ludicrous when you consider that the late Linus Pauling advised people to be taking 10,000 mg of vitamin C a day as a cancer preventative. The newspapers, TVs, radios, etc do not always let you know what is going on – but every now and then some one gets wind of something and gets it out to the media. Their house burnt down. Nothing left but ashes. They have good insurance so the house will be replaced and most of the contents. That is the good news. However, they were sick when they found out the cause of the fire. The insurance investigator sifted through the ashes for several hours. He had the cause of the fire traced to the master bathroom. He asked her what they had plugged in the bathroom. They listed the normal things....curling iron, blow dryer. He kept saying to her, 'No, this would be something that would disintegrate at high temperatures'. Then they remembered they had a Glade Plug-In, in the bathroom. The investigator had one of those 'Aha' moments. He said that was the cause of the fire. He said he has seen more house fires started with the plug-in type room fresheners than anything else. He said the plastic they are made from is THIN. He also said that in every case there was nothing left to prove that it even existed. When the investigator looked in the wall plug, the two prongs left from the plug-in were still in there. The person concerned had one of the plug-ins that had a small night light built in it. She said she had noticed that the light would dim and then finally go out. She would walk in to the bathroom a few hours later, and the light would be back on again. The investigator said that the unit was getting too hot, and would dim and go out rather than just blow the light bulb. Once it cooled down it would come back on. That is a warning sign. The investigator said he personally wouldn't have any type of plug in fragrance device anywhere in his house. He has seen too many places that have been burned down due to them.
