So many things have been happening to our Australian Constitution that most Australian Citizens are totally unaware of - me included! Australian Constitution page brings information in relation to a 1998 a referendum held to recognize local government, i.e. councils as a third tier of government. The Australian people emphatically voted no to this referendum. Below are two links. The first link will take you to a letter signed by the Attorney-General, Robert McClelland dated 8 July 2010 advising ”Constitution does not recognize local government.”. The second link which is far more urgent will take you to information on a new panel set up by Gillard and Brown. This panel is appointed on constitutional recognition of local government, i.e. our Councils and is dated 8 August 2011 SC097/2011. Please read the panel document and the other commentary that has been posted so that when it finally does come to a referendum at the next election you will know what you are voting for and what you are giving away. This is just another attack on our Australian Constitution! I believe that this letter of Arthur’s expresses the feelings of many Australians and as such should be made available for them to read. My own personal experience of global warming was several years ago when Al Gore produced his film and travelled around the world bringing us all the bad news on global warming. How true this YouTube is I cannot say but even if it is not 100 percent factual I believe that there is a lot of truth in it. In December 2009 Rudd went to Copenhagen with regard to “climate change” but people who bothered to read the protocol (?) for the meeting believed the meeting was more about One World Government or New World Order. Listen to what is being said about our huge Defence budget spending when Queensland needs rebuilding, hospitals need money, education needs money, etc. Australian Constitution page brings two new links on carbon emissions tax and information on climate change. It is written in plain English in a manner in which every person in Australia can understand. Basically Julia Gillard’s Carbon Tax is just another way to give power to the United Nations of a global wealth distribution. Greg Combe has signed an agreement in December 2010 committing Australia to giving 10 percent of monies collected under a Carbon Emissions Tax to the United Nations for world distribution. Here is an excerpt where Prime Minister Gillard is asked a question by Julie Bishop. This information and much more on this point can be found starting on page 11 of the first attachment. There are many Australians who support the Carbon Tax and many who don’t and I believe that this document will give both side a better understanding and also an understanding of why it is a Carbon Tax and not a Carbon Fine. The second document is a summary of the first link. JULIE BISHOP: “My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer the Prime Minister to her unequivocal statement on Sunday, reiterated by Labor backbenchers today: ‘Every cent raised from pricing carbon will go to assisting households …’ How can the Prime Minister be trusted when the government entered into an agreement in December last year that requires the government to give a reported 10 per cent of any carbon tax raised to a United Nations climate change fund?” The Prime Minister responded very evasively as though she wished to conceal the truth: Ms GILLARD—“The Deputy Leader of the Opposition has asked me how money raised from carbon pricing will be used. I refer her to what I said at the press conference last Thursday. When I announced the carbon pricing mechanism I said: ‘Every cent raised from pricing carbon will go to assisting households, helping businesses manage the transition and funding climate change programs. And the government will always support those who are in need of assistance with cost of living pressures.’ That is where the money will go. When I was on the Today show on Sunday I said: ‘… I do want to be clear. Every cent raised from pricing carbon will go to assisting households, to helping businesses transition, and to programs to tackle climate change. But the highest priority will be assisting households.…….’ On the question of foreign aid, what I can say to the Deputy Leader of the Opposition is that the government will make its own decisions. You will get yours from One Nation.” So according to the United Nations, 10% of carbon tax revenue will go to the Green Climate Fund for the purposes of “international climate action”, and according to Julia Gillard an unspecified amount will be utilised for “funding climate change programs.” The Prime Minister apparently decided it was desirable to avoid any clear answer to Julie Bishop’s question and displayed a determination to refuse to state precisely what proportion of the proceeds would go to what she described as the funding of “climate change programs”. Julia Gillard concluded in this respect that when it comes to “foreign aid” the “government will make its own decisions.” Apparently she believes Australian taxpayers have no right to know where their money goes even though her government has already pledged its support of the United Nations campaign to transfer funds from Australian taxpayers to brutal dictatorships and third world countries. The fight by David John Walters to restore our Australian Constitution! This is a very complex matter and one which should concern every Australian. I have received a request from Flora asking for the help of we the People in the restoration of our Australian Constitution: ”The Australian Government have borrowed against our personal assets and our Will are now lodged as collateral for that borrowing with the International Banks. Without our permission. Flora consider it vital that these Caveats be lodged. In the event that Australia finds itself facing any financial ruin, our personal land, our personal possessions, our personal wealth is the surety for that debt. In the event that Flora are wrong and the Australian Government can provide lawful and constitutional documentation to prove that we live in and are protected by the Australian Constitutional structure created in 1900, then we can immediately lift the Caveats. I do not know who put this together or where it actually came from but I am sure you will find it just as interesting as I did. I have heard several snippets on the radio in the past 12 months (2010-10 March 2011) with regard to who owns rainwater! Silly me I thought rainwater was free and came to us from the skies! I have heard in America and have heard it proposed here in Australia that the rainwater that falls from the skies and gets diverted into our tanks does not belong to us as individuals – the government owns it! As such they propose to put some sort of system in place to measure what you catch and store in your tanks, in your dams etc and then they are going to charge you for it! In the lead up to the 2010 election, Prime Minister Gillard promised the Australian people that she would never introduce a carbon tax. On 23 February 2011 she broke this promise. In a deal with the Australian Greens, Prime Minister Gillard announced a multi-million dollar tax on carbon, with no offset in other taxes. What concerns me personally with her announcement and I am sorry I do not have the exact wording but she roughly said that the carbon taxes would be used for carbon emission projects. She did not specify and the words were so loose that she could in fact do whatever she liked as long as the money was used for carbon emissions and she would not be breaking her word on her announcement. Many of you will not be aware that Prime Minister Rudd attended the Copenhagen Conference on 9 December 2009 purportedly about climate change. In reality this was all about One World Order and if it had been ratified billions of dollars of our Australian money was to be pledged to overseas countries, e.g. China. With the words Prime Minister Gillard uttered on 23 February 2011 she could very easily honour what Rudd failed to complete. The Keneally Government passed legislation on 9 June 2010 which gives commercial interests access to our National Parks to develop projects inside the National Parks. On Thursday 15 April, 2010 a number of People of the Commonwealth travelled to Canberra in order to lodge a Writ into the High Court of Australia, asking Anna Bligh, Premier of QLD to provide the answers to the following questions.
On that day, the Registrar refused to accept the Writ as it was not written on the "correct forms". (Although our research was that the manner and forms on which we had presented the Writ were correct.) A group of those present went to the Registrar's office asking to see her. She would not speak to us, but sent a clerk out. We explained we were there to support the Writ and asked why it would not be accepted. The clerk then showed us the "correct forms". We then asked if the Writ was written on the "correct forms" it would be accepted? At which the Clerk would not say yes or no. On Friday 16 April, the Writ was returned to the High Court Registrar's office and this time it was accepted and is now undergoing a Constitutional assessment by a judge. As the Writ is presented using High Court references most particularly referencing the case Sue v Hill 1999, the judge cannot fail to verify the Constitutional assessment as valid and allow the Writ to proceed. Please pray that this Judge will honour the People of the Commonwealth in this matter, allowing the truth to rule in this situation.

So important that this is to be the first article in Australian Constitution and nothing added in front of it. As advised above, all new items after this one will be shown under this bookmark. The Voice of the People of the Constitution This document contains information on the Australian Constitution, Australian Land Ownership Rights and whether the Australian Government can do what they tell us they can and in fact are actually doing! United Kingdom no longer a Sovereign State It seems, at long last, that enough Australians are saying enough! I am pleased to be able to include this in Australian Constitution page. Well done to the people who organized the information below:
Didn’t we elect them to run the country on our behalf and in our best interests? Didn’t they undertake to put our country first and foremost and above their own greed and interests? Didn’t they swear to act with honour and integrity? Now read the link below where they got together outside Parliament on 2 February 2010. Why do we all, or most of us, just accept things at face value? Why do we not question what we are being told by our governments, by the media, by whomever? Why do we not look deeper into issues that are going on around the world and really find out why they are happening? I have been reading and researching on many fronts for the past few years and has now come to realize that we have to look beyond what we are being told and ask ourselves why are we being told this? If you think this comment about chips being placed in vaccine needles is far-fetched then have a look at Healthymoneyvine Swine Flu 2 page and read about the chips. On either Swine Flu 1 or Swine Flu 2 there is a YouTube put out by the manufacturers of the Veri Chip themselves! Larry has gone to a great deal of trouble to advise us what can legally be done under our Constitution and what, in fact, is actually happening. If enough people are aware of the Common Law under the Constitution and we stand up for our rights then who knows what will happen on many fronts. In September 1988, they tried to sneak a new law through which would give Local Councils the power to make laws as they pleased. Also on the interview Alan Jones said that Mr Rudd has not spoken about carbon emissions since 16 April – would the reason be that he knows it is a myth and he is leaving it all up to the opposition to make the noises that he requires to be able to pass the tax? “NEXT month (December 2009) Kevin Rudd flies to Copenhagen to help seal a United Nations deal to cut the world’s emissions - and to make Australia hand over part of its wealth So keen is the Prime Minister to get this new global-warming treaty signed that he’s been appointed a “friend of the chairman” to tie up loose ends. So here’s the question: If Prime Minister Rudd agrees to pay the United Nations $7B a year – what are Australians paying for? A carbon emission that is the size of ONE HAIR every kilometre! In November 2002, 130 plus governments expect to quietly sign an agreement called GATS, General Agreement on Trade in Services, which will lay all government services open for international tender, and no doubt international labour.
